Pinterest Wednesday!

First, to my American friends, Happy Independence Day!!  I hope you have a fabulous day with tons of fun and food!

I am thrilled to announce that I am guest posting today!  I am crazy about Natalie from NorthShore Days.  we have much in common, and she has been a wonderful friend during the past couple weeks.  I’ve never met her in person, but one day I might come knocking at her door in Auckland, New Zealand!!  Check it out here:  http://northshoredays.blogspot.co.nz/2012/07/special-guest-because-i-think-i-can.html

Next, again, thank you for all the love you’ve been giving me, I so hugely appreciate it!!  It feels pretty awesome that there is so much great energy, thoughts and prayers being sent my way, and at a time when I really needed it, it’s been amazing to know it’s there, from personal friends to virtual friends.

As I mentioned yesterday, I still plan on being a vendor at the Clayburn Day July 15th.  I am thankful that I have enough stock here already to sell, so the pressure is a bit lighter… although there’s so much more I hope to have ready, it won’t be a big deal if I don’t get it done.  I feel the most pressure is having a great display!  I’m researching like crazy for great {and free to implement!} ideas!

Here’s the link to let you know all about the day…  I’d LOVE it if you are local and are able to make this!  PLEASE come say hi!!!  and if you’d like to hang with me for the day, I welcome that too!  I’d love the chance to do my own bit of touring!

So, I’m going to be following up with a post on how in the heck I kept myself sane laying in bed for a week, but today’s Pinterest Wednesday is one of the activities that kept me going.  With hubby renovating the bathtub, and our bathroom in dire need of a new paint job  (the current one is oh so 9 years ago!), I’ve been dreaming of a beach themed bathroom.  I already have one downstairs, but we rarely use that bathroom, so I want to incorporate the idea upstairs.  This theme came about basically because we don’t have the time or money to redo our floors in the bathroom yet, and there is a very unattractive pink and beige linoleum in there.  I figure I may as well match the beige, which is sort of sandy…. and the idea grew from there.

So this post is dedicated to my new Pinterest board, beach themed bathrooms!  :) I’ll stop talking now, and let you enjoy!
